“Resilience With Confidence”

We are often asked “Why is the company named Paladin?”.

Well, Paladin was one of the knights of Charlemagne and the name has come to mean:

‘ a determined advocate or a defender of a noble cause’.

Our role is to deliver quality training and consultancy to our clients to enable them to become resilient against attacks from emergencies and disruptions of all forms.

When a crisis strikes many organisations find themselves unprepared to manage the often fast- moving consequences.

Paladin was founded in 2003 to enhance the resilience of organisations by providing training and consultancy in all aspects of emergency management to both the public and private sectors. However, our individual experience of delivering emergency management training, in both individual service and multi-agency environments, pre-dates the formation of the company and extends back to the mid 1990’s.

The three directors are retired senior police officers with a wealth of experience of incident management as commanders, and technical advisors to commanders, at operational, tactical and strategic command levels. They have been involved in the emergency response to both real major incidents and in multi-agency exercises at all levels.
